At PacBak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
